Psychometric Picnic by Ryan McNally

Psychometric Picnic is a 1 day, family friendly mini festival with the aim of bringing together people of all ages & cultural backgrounds to take part in an interactive & immersive art & music experience. Designed to inspire creativity, collaboration & a deeper connection to community, nature & true self.

Combining live bands, DJs, performance arts, workshops & craft stalls from performers, artists & therapists from around the UK. Set in Liverpool’s iconic St. Luke’s Church Gardens, AKA “The Bombed Out Church”. Working with the existing beauty of the location, we will transform the space with art galleries, live painting and variety of immersive decor installations and performance arts.

The main event in the church will be open from 12 midday – 10pm and from there we will go on to host an official after party that will continue through the night. TICKETS:

ૐ – MUSIC – ૐ – Live & Electronic styles ranging from Beatbox, Acoustic, Psytrance, Psy-Bass / Breaks / Tech / Dub / Chill / Tribal / Glitch / Hip-Hop and more!

Live: MC Xander

Using nothing more than his voice, a mic, an fx box and a loop-pedal, London’s MC Xander creates intricate, multi-layered music that never fails to amaze. Beautiful choir-esque melodies mix with fat beatbox, growling dubby sub-bass and Xander’s conscious brand of lyricism. The sound he makes is so sonically rich and danceable, it is easy to forget it is all from the mouth. Transcending the techniques and tricks of the beatbox artform, MC Xander’s spellbinding live show creates a sound with real emotional and musical depth. Like something of a beatbox street-preacher, Xander takes us from big vocal vibrations to poetic reflections on life, exploring themes of spirituality, society and existentialism in the 21st century.
