With the stardust of Breaking Convention still scattering, it is our pleasure to announce the – slightly delayed – next volume of the Psychedelic Press journal is now available here. A brilliant edition, it features the following articles:

Antichrist Psychonaut by Peter Sjostedt-H, Psychedelic Society Revisited by Ido Hartogsohn, Archaic Revivals and Shamanism in a Liberal Global Imaginary by Roger K. Green, Psychedelia and the Movies Part 1 by Roger Keen, a San Pedro trip article Green Star Soup by Nathan Horowitz, and the creative piece Psychedelic ‘Antibiotic’ Therapy by ‘Joseph Langley’ (the wonderful literary creation of Ben Sessa from his novel To Fathom Hell or Soar Angelic.)

Here’s a video promo of Peter’s excellent piece about the German philosopher Nietzsche and his relationship with various drugs:

The wonderful cover illustration has been done by Cornwall-based artist Reuben Quatermass. For more information, and to order a copy (£6), please visit our shop here. Or, better yet, make an overall 35% saving and subscribe to the journal for a year (6 volumes).
